Where do we start? What an incredibly successful night! Who would have thought that less than 4 weeks ago this garden space was derelict, used as a fly tipping site but after wheelbarrows full of enthusiasm and energy it’s been trasformed into a fantastic community space!
We have been kindly donated Andy Bates new book – American Street Feasts which we are giving away to the lucky winner who can write in under 300 words, “What a Street Food Market could do for Cardiff.”

After 2 years trading as The Ethical Chef I have now stumbled upon what I see as the most perfect location:—The Mackintosh Sports Club, Roath. It’s been right on my doorstep all this time and I have been trading at Roath’s Farmers’ Market which sits in its car park every Saturday!
We were delighted to be featured in the Low Carbon Cook-off at this year’s Narberth Food Festival.
We were challenged against local celebrity chef and festival patron Angela Gray to flex her green credentials in a cook-off.
