After 2 years trading as The Ethical Chef I have now stumbled upon what I see as the most perfect location:—The Mackintosh Sports Club, Roath. It’s been right on my doorstep all this time and I have been trading at Roath’s Farmers’ Market which sits in its car park every Saturday!

This is the final link on the chain for us before one day opening a restaurant, offering the people of Cardiff hot, cold and frozen versions of our food to take away. Not only that but we publish all our Vegetarian & Vegan recipes for you to try them at home!
