We were delighted to be featured in the Low Carbon Cook-off at this year’s Narberth Food Festival.
We were challenged against local celebrity chef and festival patron Angela Gray to flex her green credentials in a cook-off.

“The chefs wowed the audience cooking their tasty low carbon 2 course meals in half an hour. Both opted to cook a vegetarian main followed by a fruit in season pudding. Our Green Banana chef Deri Reed cooked Courgette Fritters served with bulgur wheat salad, cucumber and mint raita followed by Blackcurrent Fool but it was our Green Pea Chef, Angela Gray’s dishes of Spiced Autumn Pilaf and Blackberry Way which narrowly won crowning Angela the Low Carbon Chef of Narberth Food Festival 2012.”
