Welcome  to Y Gegin Gwyrdd | The Green Kitchen.

We are in the planning stage of setting up a food hub to assist and encourage  people who want a foot up in the green catering industry, something I wish had been there for me when I was starting up to help support me through all the highs and lows I’ve experienced with EthicalChef.

This project is still very early on in the development stage but I will be posting updates as it progresses.

My dream would be to open a Community Restaurant & Kitchen Space to offer individuals support with their business. How, where or when this will happen is very much up in the air and might develop into something quite different the more brainstorming we do.
