Fairtrade Banana and Chocolate Flapjacks

Probably the first thing I ever baked! Just in time for Fairtrade Fortngiht, this recipe will be a great one to share with friends and family.
Shopping List
- Porridge Oats: 250g
- Fairtrade Sugar: 80g
- Organic Butter: 60g
- Margarine: 40g
- Fairtrade Banana: 1
- Golden Syrup: 2T
- Fairtrade chocolate: 50g
- Salt: Pinch
Cooking Instructions
- Melt your butter, margarine, sugar, syrup and salt in a pan till a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Mash your banana up and and add to the mix.
- Add the oats and stir so all the oats are covered in the mix.
- Chop up your chocolate and add to the mix and straight away put into a parchment lined tin and into a preheated over at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes or until the top starts to brown.
- Leave to cool in the tray and your done!
