Well, for any of you who attended The Cardiff Street Food Festival 2012, I don’t need to remind you how much of a buzz there was in the air! With 11 traders serving an array of different cuisines from all over the world, it was a recipe for success.

From the word go I don’t think any of the traders expected the herds of customers to flow in the way they did, the crowd was over 5 people deep for over an hour with an estimated 500+ guests in attendance.

It was heartwarming to see such an abundance of people supporting the introduction of Street Food to Cardiff and what better place to host it than The Mackintosh Sports Club and Community Centre in Roath.

There are plans to host another Street Food event before Christmas. so avoid missing out and sign up to the Cardiff Street Food Mailing List HERE!
For those of you who ate our Jerk Halloumi Kebabs, click on the image for the recipe to try them out at home.

We used Cothi Valley Goats Halloumi from Cardiff Riverside Market.
