So easy to make and the rewards speak for themselves. If you really don’t have time to make a stock then please do get the next best thing, which in my opinion is the Marigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon.

Stock also freezes well so dont be afraid to freeze a tub for a rainy day.

Shopping List

  • Onions: 3
  • Garlic: Bulb
  • Carrots: 2
  • Cellary: 2 Sticks
  • Tomatoes: 3
  • Peppercorns: 3
  • Parsley:
  • Thyme: small bunch
  • Vegetable Stock: 1 Tbsp
  • Water: 3L

Cooking Instructions

This will for sure be the shortest method I have and probably will ever write.

  1. Wash all your veg and chop up roughly.
  2. Cover with water and add herbs, spices and stock
  3. Bring to the boil, simmer for an hour and then let stil for an hour before straining into a new pot!
