Take the outer leaves off the cauliflower and then slice it through the middle along the stalk so when you open it up you can see all its little branches.
From here, slice about a 2cm thick slice off each half giving you two steaks.
Place these in a shallow tray with some vegetable stock and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
Allow them to cool for a few minutes while heating up a pan.
Oil the steaks and coat in a curry powder then fry on each side till nice and crispy!
