It’s BBQ time

Summer seems to have shown it’s face a little earlier than normal this week so what better way to celebrate life than to throw a BBQ, which is exactly what we did last night. Beers, music, fire, friends and food, the perfect ingredients for a good night, yes I’ve spend most of the day today a little worse for wear and stinking of charcole but it was worth it.

I cooked up some of the famous Parsnip Fritters that I have been selling at Riverside Market and they went down a storm, a real winner recipe to get your mates off the cheap and nasty mainstream sausages and burgers!

I’m also looking for some new recipes from the fan base so please do send me in some suggestions in the comment box below for great seasonal BBQ ideas. Remember, keep it veggie.
