So, here it is, at long last, proposal after proposal of trying to get into Roath Market I’ve come up with a winner, so starting on 8th January every other week..

EthicalChefs Saturday Soup Stand

“Offering Cardiff local and healthy food at affordable prices”

I’m taking on the challenge to feed Cardiff using ingredients gathered from our local farmers, offering no excuses not to support local food and healthy eating by supplying a menu where price cannot be beaten!

• Option 1: A warm soup with optional bread and cheese @ £1.50 approx.
• Option 2: The soup is on offer in a frozen form @  3 for £5
• Option 3: Grab bags – Ready made vegetable bags with all the ingredients you need to make the soup.  With a recipe card included in the pack on how to make it.
• Option 4: Container Scheme – Invest in an EthicalChef container and I’ll refill it with hot soup for a quid!
• Option 5: Still cant afford it? Volunteer!
