Cooking Instructions

This recipe requires a trip to the field, park or forest around March till May time to pick some Wild Garlic.

This is one of my favourite recipes for so many reasons:

  1. It’s so easy to do!!!
  2. It lasts FOREVER
  3. Its like spring time whenever you sprinkle this magic over your food
  4. It preserves its nutrition

If the wild garlic has been picked from a trusted source then I would suggest not to wash it as so much of its good bacteria is washed away doing this.

So to make it all you need to do is spread the the wild garlic out and dry it out in a warm room or very low oven. You don’t want it to go brown, try not to dry it out in sunlight as this can deplete its nutritional value.

Once dried and crumbles in your hands, pop in a mixer or pestle and mortar and mix together 50:50 with salt. Store in a sealed jar and your DONE!!!
