For those of you that have managed to get hold of some Sloe Gin for Christmas or have been on the ball enough to make your own this little recipe is a delicious treat for cocktail lovers, friends and family over the festive period. The quantities are just a rough guide, you can add more sugar, or replace some of the soda water with lemonade depending on your sweet tooth ;)

Shopping List

  • Sloe Gin 50ml
  • Lemon A Squeeze
  • Sugar 1 Tsp
  • Soda Water 150ml

The Method

  1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with something pretty.
