Cooking Instructions

  1. Sift your flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle.
  2. Crack your eggs into a separate bowl (just incase)
  3. Add eggs into the flour mix and start to whisk.
  4. Measure out your milk and slowly start to incorporate this into the mix while continuing to mix, if the batter is a little lumpy just whisk a little longer, they will go!
  5. Add your salt and your ready to go.

You’ll want a nice non stick pan which is quite hot. Rub some oil or butter on the pan with some kitchen roll to avoid any stickyness and pour some batter in and tip the pan so it is spread evenly.

Once it starts to brown on one side it is ready to flip, this bit ill leave to you to. You must try and toss at least one! 🙂

Finish with a little extra sugar.
