Warm Soft Chocolate Fondant

Shopping List
- Cocoa: For dusting
- Butter: For ramekins
- 70% Fairtrade Dark Choc: 250g
- Butter: 250g
- Eggs: 5
- Plain Flour: 250g
- Egg yolks: 5
- Fairtrade caster sugar: 300g
Cooking Instructions
- Butter ramekins and dust with cocoa powder to prevent sticking.
- Melt butter and chocolate until melted.
- Mix sugar and eggs together, being careful NOT to over whisk.
- Fold chocolate mixture into eggs
- Add flour to the mix and fold until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into ramekins leaving 1cm from the rim.
- Cook at 190 celsius for 10 minutes (DO NOT OVERCOOK)
- Leave to rest for one minute then overturn and serve with ice cream or creme fraiche
