Things are heating up here at EthicalChef HQ’s stove and it’s time to start to wave my little white flag and start asking for help!
I’m looking for anyone interested in helping me prepare for my stall at Riverside Market and also the occasional SupperClub.
The day would start at:
9am with a cup of tea and plan what to do throughout the day.
11am – Cake Break with Fairtrade Organic Tea’s Coffee’s and Juices.
1pm – A Seasonal, Local, Organic, Vegetarian lunch
3pm – Cake Break again
7pm – 3 Course Dinner and wine
There is an abundance of skills needed to take EthicalChef to the level I would like to see it at, including:
Cooking – Markets & SupperClubs.
Carpentry – We’re building a mobile catering unit made from recycled materials on the back of a trailer to enter for the British Street Food Awards.
Clay work – A mobile wood burning clay oven to use at events.
Design – Sign writing, paintings, drawings.
Photography and Film – Documenting the day.
Writing – Blog writing.
Social Media – Twitter, Facebook and Website work.
