Green Man Festival wasn’t even on the cards for us this year until we were approached by a lady called Emily at The Green Gathering Festival. She asked us to come along with her- as long as we supplied her with copious amounts of Coffee. Challenge set! And we’re glad we accepted it.

Nestled in the mountainous Brecon Beacons in Wales, blessed with wonderful weather we learnt the secrets truly to a successful festival.

A last minute trip to Lampeters Organic Fresh Food Company enabled us to serve some of our hot dishes including Miso Puy Lentils, Veggie Curry and the famous Glastonbury Chilli to the hungry hoardes! We also had organic fruit and muesli for breakfast, Coaltown Coffee Roasters Organic Sumatran Coffee, the WHOLE Pukka Tea range and a selection of our finest cakes.
