Yes, it’s that time of year again where Cardiff hosts The Vegetarian Festival. Attending will be great foodies such as Vegetarian Food Studios, The Parsnipship, Milgi, Hipo Munchies, Hungry Planet, Cafe Atma and not forgetting, little old me!
One of the key figures in the city’s growing street-food frenzy is Deri Reed (above). He’s a local trader who works to bring better, more sustainable and ethical food to the Welsh public. You can’t step into a vegetarian restaurant without hearing his nickname – The Ethical Chef.
Watch Deri Reed from EthicalChef compete against some of the UK’s top chefs in Bristols Veg Fest on May 27th!
May is a very exciting month for us at EthicalChef as it hosts The National Vegetarian Week. A week of fun packed activities all around the consumption of foods using no meat!
Calling all food bloggers! Fancy putting your money where your mouth is? How would you like to cook on the EthicalChef stall at Riverside Market?
