I’ve had discussion upon discussion over the months around the use of “Ethical” when using dairy products in cooking. I’ve come to understand that ethical is quite a controversial word but it is relevant to each individual and circumstance.

It’s that time of year again, somewhat earlier than last but I’m not going to complain about such a gift. It’s BBQ time so get down the shed and dust off that Barbie before the rain comes back.

A day down at Riverside Community Allotments is never something to take for granted, the fresh air, company, exercise and last but not least, the FOOD!

It’s quite simple, they’re local, they’re ethical and they’re organic. It is also the first dairy in the UK to achieve the Soil Association Ethical Trade Symbol confirming their commitment to fair and ethical trading relationships with everyone involved. They more or lees tick every box I can think of and more.

I don’t usually write reviews but ill make an exception in this case -For those of you who don’t know, Vegetarian Food Studio is a fully vegetarian indian restaurant in Cardiff.

Obviously the answer to this question is yes, but for what I believe a human to be is kind, considerate, passionate and caring for one another, well that’s how I was brought up.
