Green Man truly was an exceptional festival for EthicalChef. We served up our organic vegetarian festival food alongside some of the best coffee and tea around, not to mention the famous beetroot and chocolate brownies amongst or many other desserts on offer! Thank you to all who supported us!

We were only planning on making an appearance in Glastonbury, we then won The Green Traders Awards #PeoplesChoice for our food and then we were asked to cater at Green Gathering, and from there we got invited to Green Man!

What can we say? What a fantastic year! Thanks to you guys who ate our chilli and voted for us on twitter! We managed to come home with the Green Traders Award for the #PeopleChoice. We’re so proud!

We were fortunate enough this year to be part of the catering team at Unearthed in the field festival serving up our famous Chilli, served with organic hafod cheddar, Rachels organic yoghurt and fresh coriander!

Wow, what a night for the launch of Cardiff Street Food Festival, with over 500+ guests, 11 traders, 3 bands and an open bar, what else is needed?

Where do we start? What an incredibly successful night! Who would have thought that less than 4 weeks ago this garden space was derelict, used as a fly tipping site but after wheelbarrows full of enthusiasm and energy it’s been trasformed into a fantastic community space!
